Thank you for visiting the official "Team TopDown" website. We are working on gathering content about our coaches, fighters, upcoming events, videos and pictures of past events and creating a statement of who we are. Training!

Currently Sonny Michaels and Anthony Genova are training out of KO Gym in El Segundo (505 Main St). They are inviting everyone from all skill levels to attend, so please contact Sonny at (310) 396-4322 or Anthony at (310) 658-4566. The agenda for each class is generally 30 minutes of warmup and drills, 30 minutes of fitness (crossfit), 45 minutes of technique and 15 minutes coll down stretching. An equipment list will be posted in the near future. The schedule for class is below.
